Exfoliating Body Scrub: To treat and prevent dry skin, combine oatmeal, two egg yolks, two spoonfuls of milk powder, two spoonfuls of olive oil, one part Epsom salts, several drops of lavender essence oil and three spoonfuls of honey. Mix into paste. If the mixture is too thick add some whole milk until it has the consistency of sour cream. Scrub your face and body with the mixture in the shower twice a week to keep skin soft and smooth.
Hand Softening Mask: This recipe will soften and improve the texture of your hands. Mix one spoonful of honey with three to four drops of avocado oil or olive oil. Add milk powder, or if you do not have any handy, use one teaspoon of sour cream. Apply this mask to your hands for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and apply a hand cream.
Cellulite Mask: To combat cellulite, combine one jar of peanut butter with two tablespoons of ground coffee and one teaspoon of cocoa. First, brush the area with a dry brush to activate blood circulation. Then apply the mask, and wrap with plastic film. Keep the mask and wrap on for one hour, then rinse. Follow this up with a salt water bath to activate blood flow. Finish by applying some body lotion.
